Every genuine Happyville leather jacket is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, so you can wear your jacket with confidence.
1. Warranty Period
Every genuine Happyville leather jacket includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- Loose or defective stitching resulting from a manufacturing fault.
- Silver Happyville labels that become detached during normal use (replacement provided free of charge).
- Faulty buttons, press studs, zips or hardware caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Manufacturing defects in the construction of the jacket identified under normal use.
- Repairs or replacement where Happyville determines the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Cuts, tears, punctures or abrasions.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or negligence.
- Dye transfer or colour staining from denim, handbags or other garments.
- Scratches, scuffs and normal ageing of leather.
- Damage caused by improper storage, water, heat, chemicals or cleaning products.
- Alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than Happyville.
- General wear and tear from everyday use.
4. Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the jacket to Happyville for inspection. If the claim is approved, Happyville will repair or replace the affected component where reasonably possible. If a repair cannot be completed, Happyville may offer a replacement or another appropriate remedy at its discretion.

5. Jacket Care
To maximise the life of your jacket, follow the care instructions provided by Happyville. Enquire in-store for leather care products, maintenance advice and repair services.
6. Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
