- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty under the Consumer Protection Act.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are processed within 3–5 business days once approved.
- We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders due to the high cost of international shipping, duties and taxes.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
